Arginine
Arginine is a non essential amino acid that is produced in the body. It is a precursor to nitric oxide, that relaxes blood vessels and improve circulation. Reported uses of arginine: helps lower elevated cholesterol, improves circulation, increases lean body mass, inflammatory bowel disease, immune enhancement, male infertility, surgery and wound healing, sexual vitality and enhancement. Normal dosage is 3-6 grams/day.
