Hi - I've always thought of this for men's urinary health. Is this also okay for women? I'm 48 and encountering this problem more recently.

This herb has been used in women for conditions such as: Hirsutism, hair loss, there are other conditions that are listed, however none have been proven. As far as urinary problems with women, I have not seen any reports of Saw Palmetto being used in this condition for women.
