I have been training hard for the last 5 months and I have packed on 24 lbs. of lean muscle mass. I consume approximately 4000 calories a day, but one of the main contributing factors were the supplements that I took over the past 5 months and continue to take.
I started by taking BSN products: NOxplode, Nitrix, Cell Mass and True Mass, all of these products I followed the package labeling. I was on the BSN stack for appoximately 3 months, and with this particular stack I gained about 12-13 lbs. I forgot about the NOW FOODS Whey protein isolate powder first thing in the morning. The next 2 months I took the NOW FOODS Whey in the morning, after my workouts I took the 2:1:1 Recovery product from Optimum and at night I took the ABB Extreme XXL for extra calories. Currently I am taking the NOW FOODS Whey, Myogenix Hypershock, Myogenix Aftershock and Serious Mass by Optimum.
This current regimen has put on some more weight, I started at 170 and currently I am 194. I will keep everyone posted on my progress.
