KanekaQ10, the only CoQ10 manufactured in the US, is being used in a Clinical Trial on treating Huntington's Disease. What is Huntington's Disease? It is a genetic, progressive brain disorder that causes uncontrolled movements, cognitive difficulties and emotional disturbances. There are no FDA-approved drugs currently on the market that slow the functional decline of those suffering from Huntington's. The study is called the 2CARE Study, and it will involve 608 patients, CoQ10 has been studied in a variety of clinical trials, this will be the largest therapeutic clinical trial to date that is involving Huntington's disease.
